The Builder Principle is a work in progress. It’s based on the idea that we are all builders—and that we are all connected by the lives we build. Everything good in our lives is the result of our work as builders.
We often think of building as something physical: homes, bridges, office buildings, etc. I should know: I’ve been in the homebuilding business for most of my life.
This means that I’ve also been privileged to see that physical structures are just a small part of what we build, even in the homebuilding business. We’re helping people build their dreams, their hopes, their families, and so much more.
And it’s clear that we’re all in this together. What we build together is so much greater than anything we can ever hope to build alone.
